In the Residence EVERGLOW HOUSE we want to build a place with high levels of quality and design, for this we have the latest in service, offering the highest quality in student accommodation.

Our accommodation concept combines the freedom enjoyed by the resident (tailor-made schedules, private spaces and common areas, optional services available, etc.) with the responsibility that comes with being part of a community and being immersed in a stage vital as enriching as the university is.

The Everglow House Residence has 12 individual rooms, all of them equipped with a private bathroom and divided into 2 floors.

Its distribution is 4 rooms located on the ground floor with direct access to the patio and 8 rooms on the second floor.
